Today I’m inviting you to give a quick listen to the most recent episode of Think Fast Talk Smart: The Podcast entitled "Forgiveness: How the Right Communication Repairs Relationships." (5/10/2022).

This podcast, a production of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, is new to me, but the featured guest is not.

Dr. Fred Luskin is the director of the Stanford Forgiveness Project and a mentor of mine. In the 17-minute interview, Fred shares a bit of his special and experienced perspectives on forgiveness, apologies, and how to go about engaging in the right communication to have a more positive impact on others and self.

What Fred teaches is meaningful and practical. It can serve to benefit us, our relationships, and the greater good by making us more aware, mindful, and skilled at living good lives.

Those benefits are my biggest hopes for the Thursday messages I send, so I hope you find good value in what Fred has to say.

Love,

Molly

P.S. I’d love to hear your takeaways.
